What does the class look like?
The class provides a "flipped classroom" format with 4 live 2 hour sessions with an Evidence Based Birth® Instructor over 4 weeks. Each week in between sessions, you will have video and reading material to complete at times that work best for you (and partner)! Even better, you will be able to collect points for completing materials in between sessions for prizes at the end!

What does it cover?
Evidence based care, how your partner can advocate, overcoming fear, labor rehearsal, stages of labor, comfort measure techniques, newborn procedures, breastfeeding, knowing your rights as a birthing person, evidence on routine care practices, ways to communicate with providers to increase access to evidence-based and family centered care, and much, much, more!
